One such product is our exclusive hair clay, made with a blend of clay, wax, and elastic fibers that will provide additional thickness and a shine-free, natural finish for structured and unstructured styles.

Best for thin and fine hair, this clay is paraben-free and will last all day in non-sticky, touchable, moldable styles. It’s also simple to rinse out.

This is a high-end, matte-finish clay that works just as well at home as it does in a professional hair salon or barbershop.

It features our signature scent, inspired by sweet Virginia pipe tobacco and the roaring spirit of swanky Prohibition-era speakeasy lounges.

Our luxury Clay is easy-to-use: simply scoop it out of the jar, apply to damp or dry hair, then shape with your fingers, comb, or brush. Apply to wet hair and blow dry for a thicker look. Pinch for more precise definition, buff the hair for more active texture, keeping in mind that a little goes a long way.

Returns 

Returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days (2 weeks). If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Items that have been sold at a discount of 50% or more cannot be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

If you'd like us to provide a return label, please email contact@ulahkc.com and we'll email you one right back.  You can also write "include return label" in the notes section at checkout, and we'll put it in with your shipment. 

A $7.99 Shipping/Restocking Fee will be deducted from your refund.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received, we will process your refund and you'll receive a confirmation.  A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  

Digital Gift Cards

Digital gift cards cannot be redeemed in-store or returned. In-store gift cards are for use at our physical location, 4707 Rainbow Blvd only and cannot be returned.  If you need an In-store gift card converted to a digital gift card, you can call the store at 913-777-8734 and we'll help you.
