2020 Holiday Returns
We are extending our standard return policy for items purchased in November & December of 2020. Our extended window is 14 days after Christmas for these purchases. The last day for a refund or exchange on eligible holiday purchases is Saturday, January 9th.
Returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days (2 weeks). If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Items that have been sold at a discount of 50% or more cannot be returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please email email@example.com for a return label and we'll email you one right back.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Once your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Digital Gift Cards
Digital gift cards cannot be redeemed in-store or returned. In-store gift cards are for use at our physical location, 4707 Rainbow Blvd only and cannot be returned.
