Returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days (2 weeks). If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Items that have been sold at a discount of 50% or more cannot be returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
If you'd like us to provide a return label, please email email@example.com and we'll email you one right back. You can also write "include return label" in the notes section at checkout, and we'll put it in with your shipment.
A $7.99 Shipping/Restocking Fee will be deducted from your refund.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received, we will process your refund and you'll receive a confirmation. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
DIGITAL GIFT CARDS
Digital gift cards cannot be redeemed in-store or returned. In-store gift cards are for use at our physical location, 4707 Rainbow Blvd only and cannot be returned. If you need an In-store gift card converted to a digital gift card, you can call the store at 913-777-8734 and we'll help you.
